One of the most frustrating things, for us and our customers, has been the lack of visibility into the health of Exceptional. If there were delays we had no idea how long they were. When there were errors we often didn't find out about them until a customer got in touch.

Our new Exceptional Status site shows you near realtime data about delays in processing errors. It has already helped us respond quicker to problems, and is helping us prioritize improvements to our architecture. We'll improve it as we capture and analyze more data.
